The vivid voltage set has been underprinted to match the lowered disposable income of millions. The reprint wave is not that big, you have to factor in covid. I'll share my opinion for what HF has going for it, Hey! Thank you for being here, great points. I think if you *can* get these for MSRP they are an amazing deal but I think that will be a rare instance. I am hoping Pokemon Center does "pre orders" like they did with CP etbs but I am not holding my breath. MVP charged 78$ for their allocated units, which means these are gonna be in real short supply everywhere. Thirdly, so far I have not found anywhere selling at MSRP for these, and I am not sure you will unless you see the guy stocking walmart. We did get a random ass Ultra Prism reprint earlier this year and that set had been OOP for 3 years by that point. While I agree demand is quite high still, it does seem like they will continue to print this set. We've already had tin reprints twice this year at least (only started collecting in April so not sure if one happened earlier than that). Didn't the pokemon company just keep printing evolutions into the ground? like to the point it became a meme? What is the possibility they do this with HF? We are over a year since it originally released and here we are with what looks to be a good size supply of ETBs. Second, HF has the most hype around any set since Evolutions. It's coming!įirst, love the subreddit, you get downvoted into oblivion for talking about future looking holds on there. This set is probably the best set to invest in, in the last 5 years. This set has a chase Charizard, full of other valuable secret rares, and extremely praised and well received by the pokemon community.īe on the look out cause this is a huge opportunity, not just to crack and enjoy with the family, but to store a couple ETB's aside and wait out the many years.
